Holden Sportwagon Car

Holden have just launched its new collection of 2010 model year Commodores and Sportwagon. The latest news is the brand new power train and transmission that has been fitted across the V6 Commodore and Sportwagon range. The large pluses from the new engine are better fuel potency and better performance. There are some terribly minor feature changes on the most recent models but the exterior is the same. There are loads of Sportwagon models to make a choice from depending on the level of features you need and how critical the performance is, and naturally your financial position.

The most reasonable engine, 3.0 litre V6 Omega known as the Calais V Series gives you all of the luxury under the sun ; and the SSV Series with a V8 under the bonnet gets you off at the lights with a lightening pace with the luxurious of leather and lots of other features. Overall the Sportwagon feels quite heavy. It feels like plenty of metal around you, but similarly masses of horses under the bonnet to get you moving. I say "heavy" while others my say "solid". The wheel is man-size as is the parking brake.

On the upsize the glove box is huge, you can get 3 kid restraints across the backseat and the boot space will fit most things a family can throw at it.

There are tons of adjustments that may be made to offer you a good driving position. The driver's seat is power adjustable four ways while the wheel can also be altered in / out and up / down. There's also a lumbar support for the driver and front passenger. Cruise control is standard and the audio controls are fixed on wheel. This vehicle model shows average speed, instantaneous / average fuel use, digital speedometer, tracks to trips at the same time, fuel used / range, visible and audible speed warning.

All Sportwagon models has the maximum 5 star ANCAP safety rating Larger fuel potency is the driver behind the new Sportwagon and Commodore, therefore the birth and function of the Spark Ignition Direct Injection ( SIDI ) engine. This new engine, with a number of other alterations, e.g. lower rolling resistance tyres, means the new models use up to 13% less fuel than the prior models. However score four stars out of five in the Green Car Guide rating.

The Soul comes in 4 different trims ( Soul, Soul+, Soul!, and Soul sport ) with the top 3 offering a 2.0-liter 4 cylinder engine and optional four-speed automated transmission. There are 50 strategies to personalize this cool automobile, with options from a long list of accessories to eleven exterior colors and 3 interior schemes, one of which shows off glow-in-the-dark seat brands.

Based on the upgrade from the base trim, this econobox's features include rear disc brakes, steering wheel-mounted audio and cruise controls, tweeter speakers that light up to the music, Bluetooth connectivity and a power moonroof. In all trims the Soul is shockingly spacious within, sporting sufficient room in the rear and front seats to nicely accommodate tall passengers.
